Embodiment: Mind, Body, and Spiritual Presence

In this blog post, Embodiment: Mind, Body, and Spiritual Presence, I have questions to ask you. I’m curious as to where you are connected mind, body, and spirit every day. Do you connect all three through embodying calm?

Embodiment for me is when we bring balance to every day life. The most peaceful and powerful parts of our thoughts, the presence of our energy to have a healthy fit body minus pain and that our spirit resonates a light of hopefulness towards people and life itself.

“Healing is personified as a woman with her energy and presence united.”

The embody of the mind brings a quality of understanding people, being able to clear the distorted emotional thinking of your thoughts. Completely understanding that we cannot control the environment outside of ourselves. Only the full detail and clarity of what’s going on in our thoughts and how to control them through a mental process of grasping and listening.

The presence in the body is one of no physical pain. I can imagine you ask how’s that possible, Linda? I have one sentence “listening to the body.” Our bodies give us unpleasant sensations to physical discomfort. We are stimulated through pain, this is the mind, body, and spirit off balance.

Things that can cause this is lack of exercise, nourishment, sleep, or emotional, physical trauma that has not been resolved. It’s why we suffer through pain and trauma.

Embodying the presence of your spirit brings a powerful energy to the world, a bright light of hope and faith; it saddens me to see that people are hurting others through hatred, violence, stealing, war, etc. These are people hurting and desperate. They have not been validated as a child, maybe as a teenager. The only validation is a constant system of trauma from family, friends, strangers, and the government. We see this in other countries as well, people become defiant wanting to be seen and heard.

For the whole month of January, I was sick with a bronchial and respiratory infection, so sick that I couldn’t even get out of bed, or bath myself. I was so grateful for my wonderful sweetheart, he came through everyday bringing the medication, Liquid Iv, soup, and comfort that I needed.

Attach asthma to the mix as well. I felt the worst I had ever felt in a long time, hence , the Covid days (21 days.) I felt like I was dying.

As a personal coach: sometimes, I can lose sight of MY own life, my very balance of presence, mind, body and spirit and that’s what happened to me. I’ll tell you what, when your whole mind, body, and spirit is literally screaming at you to pay attention. You have lost sight of your presence.

One thing I learned through this illness, I was stubborn, I had a powerful energy that fought every step of the way back. I was (Be the Change.) Steps that I took

  • Get up even if your whole body is in procrastination mode.
  • Push through the emotional wibble wobble thoughts.
  • Words I used every time and every day. [ POWER THROUGH ] You can power though this Linda.
  • Asked myself what am I waiting for. Stop crying. YOU ARE TRYING!
  • Create a Better Life. Started exercising on my elliptical training machine.
  • Structured a nourishing diet.
  • Drink a gallon of water every day to flush toxins from the body.
  • Have a structured day, living in the now.
  • Meditate for ten minutes. My quiet time.

I want for you to feel the powerful energy, the purpose of life pulling you: inviting you to do something.

If you ever feel the need to share how you feel, I’m here for you.

Be safe. Be well.

Sending love and light always from my soul to yours,

Sincerely,

Linda J Wolff
